I recently purchased my second vehicle , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My son Rayvon Johnson assisted me through the process, and I have to say he treated me just like any other customer, with professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. He made everything smooth, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident in my purchase. It meant a lot to see his dedication and work ethic firsthand. I would absolutely give him more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Let’s start with the salesperson, Nayeli Montes. Terrible salesperson. Go to her if you don’t want good service, if you want to continuously be put on the back burner, and if you want the vehicle sold out from under you. Nayeli continuously put me off and when I would reach out she was also SO busy with other customers. I asked multiple times to put down a deposit on the truck and Nayeli said it would be a $500 refundable deposit. I asked how I could pay that deposit and she kept putting me off. The numbers came back yesterday afternoon and they looked good. I agreed to them. The finance department said they needed to update the taxes for my specific state and they’d send it back over asap. I waited for the numbers. Contacted Nayeli the next morning. No response. Tried her again that afternoon. No response. Then 26 hours later I get a text that says “we sold the truck last night, sorry. Is there anything else you’re interested in?”. Nope! I’ll never do business with you or your dealership. So again choose this dealership if you hate yourself and want to be treated like a number, not an actual client. I could go on and on about how bad she was. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

Friendly and accommodating. They told me up front that it would take several hours and offered a free ride home. I will return in the future.

I was able to get my car in and out within a short period of time. Online scheduling was simple and quick. Jerry B is always on top of his game, he’s so impressive! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and it’s clear to see. He takes pride in his work just the way he presents himself, professionally and with great customer service at the forefront. I did--and had to have it. Sam is the only reason I bought the Blazer EV. Her professionalism, kindness and warm personality that sealed the deal. We have bought two vehicles from this dealership within the last year. They are professional and made it easy for us! Rayvon was great when we purchased our brand new car and he was especially knowledgeable and helpful with the electronics and online features. We were sorry to hear he was no longer there when we went back with our son to purchase a truck, but Samantha Yepiz was there to save the day! She was so friendly and personable. She has even been very attentive to follow-ups via phone and email weeks after the purchase. You don't find that kind of responsiveness these days!

I had 2 vehicles in the dealership 1 for an oil change and the DMV inspection. The other for the inspection. Being from out of state I wish they would have told me I was exempt from the inspections for the 1st year instead of paying for the inspections.

From first visit as a new resident in the Charlotte area I have been very pleased with the service and courtesy from everyone.

I scheduled my car for an oil change no tire rotation. First car in. They rotated the tires I just had aligned. I called 8 times to tell them to change the A/C belt and no response to my voice messages. I drove back to the dealership when I saw my valve cps were missing. They also did not put the screws back in my air filer cover. This visit was horrible.
